Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing technology company in the greater Manchester NH area seeking to add a Sr. AP Specialist to the team. Ideal candidates will have experience automating and streamlining the AP process, and have experience processing a high volume of invoices.
Responsibilities for this role include:
-High volume invoice entry and processing
-Reconciling vendor statements
-Researching discrepancies
-Reviewing and updating vendor information
-Assisting with the month-end close
Qualifications for this role include:
-3+ years of experience in a similar role
-Experience using a mid to large-sized ERP sysem
-Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc)
Compensation: $80-100k/year
